Every VitaClub product includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from independent, ISO 17025-certified laboratories. COA includes:

• HPLC purity percentage

• Test date and laboratory name

While we guarantee accurate testing, VitaClub assumes no liability for third-party laboratory errors.

6. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is subject to change without notice. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via:

• Credit/debit card, eCheck, or alternative methods through Bankful hosted checkout
• Cryptocurrency (USDC via Coinbase Commerce), if enabled
• Bank transfer (ACH) for qualified buyers

7. Shipping & Delivery

VitaClub ships orders within 24 hours of confirmation (if ordered before 2pm EST). Shipping terms:

• Domestic US: 2-3 business days via USPS Priority/UPS
• International: 5-10 business days (selected countries only)

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment

8. Returns & Refunds

VitaClub offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened, original packaging:

• Return window: 30 days from delivery date
• Unopened products only (no exceptions)
• Full refund minus shipping costs
• Refund processed within 5-10 business days
• Opened or used products are non-refundable
